Biographical Profile
John Rose joined Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. (ISA) in 1988 as Vice
President of Risk Management, focusing on marketing strategies,
the development of industry-focused resources, association relationships
and on building internal knowledge network for underwriters.
Prior to joining ISA, Mr. Rose had more than eight (8) years experience
working with a provider supporting people with developmentally disabilities.
He managed several key functional areas within the local ARC, including
residential programs, transportation, auditing, contract management
and finally as the Facility Director. John is key to ISA’s
expertise in Risk Management of the not-for-profit agencies that
ISA insures.
Mr. Rose holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration/Policy
from the State University of New York at Albany, 1990; a BA in Political
Science from Syracuse University, 1977; an AA in Liberal Arts from
Fulton Montgomery Community College, 1975; as well as some Financial
and Managerial Accounting classes at Union College.
