Since the beginning, Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. (ISA) has focused on one core principal – providing quality insurance products and services to the Human Service field. In 1960, Irwin Siegel founded ISA in Rock Hill, NY with the knowledge that it was difficult for human service organizations to obtain insurance, and near impossible to find an insurance company that understood their special needs. The Siegel family and a handful of employees set forth to provide the first property and casualty insurance package tailored to the needs of human service organizations.
