Process for Submitting
a Risk
Follow this step-by-step guide to make the submission
process run smoothly and quickly. If you don't have a broker's kit
and applications, call us at (800) 622-8272 or download the applications
from our website.
Step 1:
If you are not sure if your risk will fit our program, call us
at (800) 622-8272 or fax a brochure/summary of the risk's services
to us for pre-qualification at 845-796-3661.
Step 2:
Fill out the General Application and supplemental application
that best fits the risk. The applications can be obtained by downloading
them from our site. Include the following information with your
applications:
• A current list of vehicles for the facility
• A complete ACORD submission (new business only)
• Five years hard copy of Loss Runs
• Agency descriptive information and/or brochures
• Statement of Values
• Financials

Once we receive your information, one of our experienced underwriters
will call you. The underwriter will give you the status of your
